Refund and Returns Policy for 4H Online Services

At 4H Online Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original packaging and condition
- Include all original accessories and materials
- Show no signs of use or damage
Certain items, such as custom or special-order products, may not be eligible for returns.

2. Refunds
